Meet Jeff Carlisle, the innovative mind and dedicated craftsman behind My Carpenter LLC. With an 18-degree cabinet maker certification under his belt, Jeff’s journey into the world of woodworking began with a desire for precision and excellence. Yet, he quickly discovered the limitations of working within the confines of a cabinet shop – the creativity stifled by repetition and the financial constraints.
Determined to forge his own path, Jeff transitioned to crafting Corian countertops, finding the work too easy and lacking room for growth. Seeking a challenge that would allow him to showcase his skills and problem-solving abilities, he found his niche in production trim carpentry.
It was during this time that Jeff’s passion for craftsmanship intersected with his knack for problem-solving. A chance encounter with a contractor led to an on-the-spot hiring, igniting Jeff’s career trajectory in remodeling. Under the mentorship of his boss, Jeff honed his skills on diverse projects ranging from funeral homes to intricate high-end kitchens.
With seven years of invaluable experience under his belt, Jeff embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding My Carpenter LLC. From customer to contractor, Jeff’s reputation for exceptional workmanship and dedication to solving problems has earned him a loyal clientele base.
